By downloading, installing, or using any app published by Population Plus One ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to: Cosmic 8 Ball, Written in the Stars, SuperFly Sky Wheels, and Population +1, as well as any future apps published under the Population Plus One brand.
Our apps are designed for entertainment, personal reflection, and astrology-inspired or motion-based experiences. Specifically:
Nothing in any Population Plus One app constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
Some apps in the Population Plus One suite generate responses using procedural on-device computation engines. This applies to Cosmic 8 Ball and Written in the Stars.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Population Plus One apps. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Population +1 is intended for use by adults (parents or guardians) on behalf of their children. Children should not independently use apps in the Population Plus One suite.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used our apps in a way that involves personal data, please contact us at support@populationplusone.com.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Astrology is a belief system, not a science. Our apps present astrological content for entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Population Plus One and its developer (Patrick McCullen) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps — including but not limited to decisions made based on app content, data loss, or device issues.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which, for free apps, is zero dollars).
All Population Plus One apps are currently free to download and use. If in-app purchases are introduced in the future, they will be clearly disclosed before any charge occurs.
All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store payment information. Refund requests must be directed to the relevant platform.
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the app or at this URL.
Continued use of any Population Plus One app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Population Plus One operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our apps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
