All Population Plus One apps store data locally on your device — there are no servers or accounts to delete from. To remove all data, simply uninstall the app. On iOS you can also go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → [App Name] → Delete App. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Data.

No. None of our apps require you to create an account or sign in. Everything works from the moment you install. Your data is stored on your device and belongs to you.

Yes — all core features work completely offline. No internet connection is required for any Population Plus One app. Some optional features (like cross-promotion links) will open your browser, but nothing in the core experience depends on the network.

All apps are currently free. If you made an in-app purchase and need a refund, contact the platform directly: for iOS go to reportaproblem.apple.com, for Android go to the Play Store → Order History → Request Refund. Feel free to email us too and we'll help you through the process.

Cosmic 8 Ball generates answers based on real-time cosmic conditions — your zodiac sign, current moon phase, planetary positions, and time of day. If you ask multiple questions in a short period, the cosmic conditions haven't changed much, so answers may have a similar tone. Try again at a different time of day, or wait for a significant shift (like a new moon phase).

Voice input requires microphone and speech recognition permissions. On iOS, go to Settings → Cosmic 8 Ball → Microphone and make sure it's enabled. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Cosmic 8 Ball → Permissions → Microphone. If it still doesn't work, try restarting the app.

Cosmic Guidance: Thoughtful, insightful responses based on your sign and current cosmic energy. Mixed Energy: Unpredictable — wise, funny, cryptic, or chaotic. Fun Mode: Sharp, sarcastic, meme-worthy. Party Mode: Group-friendly answers based on collective cosmic energy — no personal info used, great for sharing with friends.

Rising sign (ascendant) calculation requires your exact birth time and precise birth location. Make sure you've entered both accurately. Even a 15-minute difference in birth time can shift your rising sign. If you don't know your exact birth time, the app will use noon as a default — but the rising sign shown will not be accurate without the correct time.

Navigate to the Compatibility section and tap "Add Person." You can enter their name and birth data manually, or use Contacts access to pre-fill their name (you still enter the birth data yourself). Once added, you'll see a full synastry reading.

Currently, data is stored locally on your device and automatic cloud backup is not available. Your device's native backup (iCloud on iOS, Google Backup on Android) may back up the app's local storage as part of your device backup — check your backup settings. A dedicated export feature is on our roadmap.

Population +1 uses background audio to keep lullabies playing. On iOS, make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for Population +1 in Settings. Also check that the app has the audio session permission. If it continues to stop, try using the phone's native Control Center to resume playback.

SuperFly Sky Wheels uses your device's motion sensors. On iOS, go to Settings → SuperFly Sky Wheels → Motion & Fitness and make sure it's allowed. On some Android devices, motion sensor access may be restricted. Try calibrating your device (wave it in a figure-8 pattern) or restarting the app.
