All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content passes through an external server. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.
The app uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer) to create immersive visual effects such as star field parallax and constellation animations. Sensor data is used only in real time for visual rendering and is never stored or transmitted.
Written in the Stars does not transmit personal data to any external server. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash reporting services embedded in the app.
All astrological calculations — including planetary positions, house cusps, aspects, and transit data — are computed on-device using astronomical algorithms.
