The short version: We print beautiful, personalized keepsakes for your family. Because each
item is custom-made just for you, please double-check all names, dates, and details before placing your
order. We’re here to help if anything goes wrong with the printing itself.
1. About Our Service
Population +1 (“the App”) is a mobile application that helps parents and guardians create
personalized birth announcements, milestone keepsakes, and printed products to celebrate their family. These
Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and any print orders you place through
it.
By using the App or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please
don’t use the App.
2. Personalized & Custom Products
Every print we produce is custom-made to order based on the names, dates, photos, and
details you provide. Because of this:
- Each product is unique and created specifically for you.
- You are responsible for reviewing all details (names, dates, spelling, photo
selection) before placing your order.
- Once you approve your design and place an order, that design goes into production.
Tip: We include a spelling check reminder before you place your order. Take a moment to
review everything—these keepsakes are meant to last a lifetime, and we want them to be perfect for
your family.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are shown before you place your order.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your credit card number.
4. Refund & Reprint Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. Here’s how we handle different situations:
We Will Reprint or Refund (at Our Discretion):
- Products that arrive damaged during shipping.
- Print defects (smudging, color errors, misalignment) caused by our production process.
- Wrong product shipped (incorrect size, material, or item).
To request a reprint or refund for a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of
receiving your order, with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
We Cannot Offer Refunds For:
- Spelling errors, incorrect names, wrong dates, or other content mistakes in the design you approved.
- Design preferences or “change of mind” after the order has entered production.
- Orders that have already been printed and shipped as designed.
Mistakes happen. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us
right away at
support@populationplusone.com. If your
order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to correct it at no extra charge.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App’s design templates, layouts, natal chart calculations, population data visualizations,
and branding are the intellectual property of Population Plus One.
- Photos and personal information you provide remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.
- You grant us a limited license to use your photos and design data solely to produce and deliver the
products you order. This license ends when your order is fulfilled.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the App’s templates or designs for commercial
purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
- Upload images you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use the App for any purpose other than creating personal keepsakes for your family.
7. Your Account & Data
The App does not require account creation. Your design data is stored locally on your device. Order records
are stored securely in our systems for fulfillment and customer service.

8. Limitation of Liability
Population Plus One provides the App and print services “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted
by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the
App.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that
specific order.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or events beyond our
control.
9. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as shipping times are
controlled by the carrier.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by you.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
